Question: I have this and understand how to turn off the alarm when it is going off but cant figure out how to turn off the alarm so that it doesnt ring
Answer: I had the exact same problem. There did not seem to be an answer online so I just unplugged it and no longer use it. The buttons are very counter-intuitive.
Question: Can this clock radio be operated on batteries only
Answer: The radio isn't battery operated. It will not display time nor play the radio while batteries are in but will recall time before t radio was unplugged from the wall.
Question: Does it set itself
Answer: No matter what you do, do not lose the instructions. The buttons are not intuitive and I have accidentally set the alarms (which are the same buttons as the volume buttons) and right now I am looking for my instructions to shut off the alarm... just a thought.

Answer: Hi. I returned this a while back as I found setting the time and alarms very counter intuitive. I am really good with technical electronics and this had a very poor design. I got the bluetooth speakers to work from my Android tablet but the sound wasn't very good (cheap amp and speakers). Spend a bit more and get a better product. You'll be happier in the long run.

Question: How to chanag teime from am to pm
Answer: The hours are on a 24 hour cycle. If you are in AM and you want PM, then fast forward 12 hours. You see a small round red light on the screen. That means you are on PM. To go back to AM, fast forward 12 hours. The red light will go off.

Question: Why does the QI button slowly dim, then blink rapidly, turn off and repeat when I charge my phone
Answer: I use mine in the back yard as as I'm building my fence. I can hear it 60-80 feet away and thats not turned all the way up. I do plan on putting it in my barn when I get it put up. It is radio quality. Mine does sound better when I bluetooth it
