Answer:	Just under 9 inches from floor to seat. Doubt it--our 1 yr. old is a chub and our 3 year old swipes his little brother's pirate ship and rides off on it often. :)We had no problems with either the boys falling over or catching on the carpet. Ours is very stable & sturdy. And the 6 year old sneaks a ride occasionally and it is holding up well.

Answer:	My grandson uses it has a push toy. He stand at the back and pushed it. He seldom sits on it. He loves putting things in the trap door. He does walk good so not sure if it is good for a learning tool to walk.

Answer:	I purchased this Jeep in winter 2018, and my granddaugher used in summer of 2018, only. In summer 2019 this Jeep was not functional. Answer:	I don’t know what people mean by “a lot” of assembly. You slide in the back axle, attach the back wheels with a pin. Then 8 very easy screws for the front axle attachment and pop on those wheels. Turn it over, put in the seat with 2 screws and pop in a bunch of accessories. If you can follow the directions on the book, the 14 screws, 6 washers and 4 pins take about an hour and a half from opening box to being cleaned up.

Question:	Is "terry the tractor" supposed to sing? i returned a set because terry didn't sing. i just got the replacement and this one doesn't sing either
Answer:	I think from reading the description and looking at other websites it is supposed to. Our Terry didn't sing either when we got it in the mail. It just said, "Little Baby Bum" when you turn it on. Buster didn't last long with singing either, maybe lasted about a month and now it just says "Little Baby Bum" as well when you turn it on. Sucks that they don't last but luckily my boy still loves them without the sounds.
