Answer:	Bottom of the carb float bowl, just loosen the screw and gas will pour out the line attached to the bowl. Then after you drain it for a few seconds just tighten the screw up tight and try not to strip it by pushing firmly on the screwdriver. You should be ready to run now.

Answer:	I can't give you an exact measurement as it was for my grandson, out of town. He is a tall 2 year old and has no problem reaching the table, but still has growing room. Hope this helps a little
