Answer:	Yes, if the base has a screw that secures it in place. It has a pointed end for sticking in the sand, but that is easily popped out with a flat-head screw driver. Then it will sit flat in the stand.
Question:	What age group is this item for
Answer:	when I need low height, I only use half pole. You can separate them. Or use garden bloomer pole and cut to your height, and put inside. it fits perfectly. I tie garden pole to the chair and put Umbrella using only top pole, so I do not need expensive stand and it is my adjusted height.
Question:	Does the lid snap on securely
Answer:	The pole is metal and in two pieces. Each piece of the pole is about 4 ft long - a little over 1 1/2" in diameter. The umbrella is about 5 1/2 ft across when opened - 1/2 that when closed. I didn't cut the bottom off to put it in a concrete stand. Just left it as it was. It is well made and very attractive. I use it on my patio. It is easy to close and open and the tilt control is easy to use. It come with a cloth carrying case that has a strap like handle - maybe 4 1/2 ft long. The only adjustment I had to make was the hole in the middle of my patio table was too large - but that was easy to fix. I do like this umbrella and would buy it again. Being in California Mine is outside year round, color is still bright and it looks really good. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It is a nice weight, but not as thick as canvass. It comes in a matching fabric case along with two poles. I also ordered from Amazon the Quick & Easy In-Ground Umbrella Stand Pole Holder $12.97 + $4.08 shipping sold by FixFind. If you need this it is a very sturdy green plastic cork screw type holder with two orange handles that fold down for easy screwing into the ground, and then folds back up out of the way. You can then sit your umbrella pole inside that for a good and sturdy anchoring.

Answer:	Did you remove the boxes and the wrap that the boards were shipped in? I got a headache, due to the plastic wrap.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. The back of the bin is straight. The measurements for the inside of the bins are 11 1/4" wide x 15 3/4" tall x 17" deep. Please use these measurements to determine if the cloth cubes will fit properly.
