Answer:	The VCS702 will be able to do one incoming caller. If your line is configured for 3 Way Calling, you can call one person, do a flash hook, call another person, do another flash hook and conference all 3 parties together. The other way to have more incoming callers join is to use a conference bridge service and then you would only be limited by the number of incoming callers of the bridge service. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I’m not aware of a phone like this. We have taken digital conference phones and installed a digital to analog converter to make them work but you lose a lot of the of the digital bells and whistles.

Answer:	If you have SIP licenses, you can use it with a Cisco phone system. It is a SIP phone, so it is not designed to need another phone.
Question:	We use allworx 9204 voip phones. i don't fully understand sip, but will this vtech unit work with our vopi setup by plugging into the network port
Answer:	We use Allworx as well. It required a bit more setup but we got it to work flawlessly. You just have to set it up as a generic SIP phone.

Answer:	Mine has a charging cord. One end fits into the device (it's the same size as on the charging cord for my Fire tablet) and the other end into a standard USB port (e.g., on a laptop or any AC adapter for use in an electrical outlet). I don't know why the "How to use" directions mention a "power adapter"; you don't need one. Perhaps it's a reference to a self-contained power unit.
Question:	Is there an audio out connection
Answer:	There is NOT an audio-out connection, or any other kind of port. The only opening on the entire unit is the jack for the USB [charging] cable, which is included with the unit.

Answer:	The phone has a standard telephone jack and uses a dedicated line for use. It is an excellent Conference call phone.

Question:	Is there a possibility to add extra wireless microphones
Answer:	No. I don't see that as an option. I must say this phone works very well. We had so mic trouble with Polycom in this narrow conference room even with the extended Mics. This phone works just fine.
Question:	Will this work with a Norstar system
Answer:	If your Norstar system has an Analog SLT (Single Line Telephone) port, then yes.
