Answer:	I was disappointed in the quality of this product! The case was made of heavy cardboard like a shipping box, with a thin molded plastic insert. The corners of the case easily split like a board game box cover. The latching features were good, but the case’s hinged side was connected by only paper. It ripped easily and became unusable as a case. I was able to reinforce the paper hinged side and the case corner with clear duct tape. Just not what I expected for the price!

Answer:	My three kids received it for Christmas. They use it regularly and I haven’t heard any complaints. I was was very satisfied with the watercolors.

Answer:	I believed it was a pack of three sets, and ordered it for my three nieces. When a single set arrived in the box I contacted Amazon via chat. The representative at first wanted to exchange it, because he didn't understand the problem. It took awhile but he finally understood what I was telling him, then said it was an error with the site and wanted to just refund my money and let me keep the set. I explained that I'd already told the girls about their gift art sets, and that this still left me two sets short. I told him I did not accept the refund offer, that I had placed my order in good faith,that their system had accepted the order as a 3 pack and took my money, and I would settle for nothing less than what I paid for. Escalated to a supervisor, who also claimed all they could do was refund. Finally after 15 minutes of my refusing to accept their offer I was told to order two more sets and give them the order number and the price would be zeroed out. I did, it was, and the other two sets arrive tomorrow.

The problem is in packaging and delivery, the compartment for crayons was jammed and trying to open it resulted in a large number of crayons breaking. This can be easily rectified by using a thicker separators material to keep the crayons from getting jammed.

Answer:	I would say it's just a little over a foot in length & maybe 10 inches in width. I'm eyeballing it because I don't have it in front of me. We purchased a 9x12 drawing pad for replacement papers and they fit in the middle section. Everything folds nicely on top of each other. It may be an inch and a half thick when folded up.

Answer:	Yeah as long as you treat the clothes as soon as you notice but like many things it may not come out completely. My girls were very picky about keeping things together. But I am sure they got a bit on them at some point. Hope this helps.
