Answer:	Not sure I understand your question. If you are asking about the shower head, it would be simple matter to extend the shower head 4" or more inches. If you are asking about the on/off hot/cold control, then no, it would be a simple matter, if doable at all, to extend that control. You would have to detach the control from the tower and then take it to plumbing store and see if you can match it to what you want to use.

This was a gift for my husband and while he was initially thrilled, he was really annoyed that even though the details claim it fits most hoses it DOES NOT. He now has it rigged with layers and layers of duct tape...totally annoying, but we also read reviews about how difficult the returns were. Though the unit works well at heating in the sun, we live in Florida, the grey tape situation makes me wish I'd just hired a plumber to install a real outdoor shower. We use it in our garden area for my husband and boys to get cleaned off from working and playing outside.

Answer:	The tube is support for when there is water in the bag and you want to hang it to use gravity to shower underneath it. Place the tube inside the plastic sleeve and use the string around the tube to hang it. Otherwise the plastic will rip from the weight of the water.

Answer:	Yes it can hold beverages. But with that being said I would not buy this item ever again. I bought two of them one was defected from the beginning and II didn't last a day. Answer:	No it's a crap product it broke the first time we used it, we ended up at a camping store buying a more expensive product that works fine and won't fall apart when you use it for the first time. Don't buy it. It's cheap and you get what you pay for with these, I assure you if you want to use if more than once consider cost vs price. The price of this product is attractive, the cost was that we immediately had to go buy another product which price was more but the cost per use is going to be significantly lower considering we can use it more than once.

Answer:	If your line has the water on you should see it immediately out of the lower spigot, but the shower has to fill with water. You have to turn it on for a minute, and will hear a bit of a hiss as the air in the body of the shower is replaced with water that will be warmed by the sun. Note that I had to use a lot of teflon tape on the FTI water connector to keep it from leaking.

Question:	I got my solar shower bag & wonder what the zip ties that were included are for
Answer:	Sturdy base. Comes with sleeves, and 4 bolts. I drilled into concrete with a concrete bit & impact drill. Inserted the sleeves, and bolted down the stand. All I can say is that this is probably the best shower going. I've owned two over the years. Installed a new one this year, and just bolted down with new bolts in the kit. Took about 5 minutes. It produces a lot of very hot water that you can mix with an easy to use lever handle. Works just like a Delta shower setup. The shower head is nice, but if you want to you can swap it out with any standard shower head (even the water saver high velocity ones) if you want to. Note: You need to have a double female adapter that costs about $1 at Lowes (the plastic ones). I put an extra gasket in the shower side of the double female coupler. I have zero leaks. Overall this is an excellent low-priced shower that beats many other high cost showers.
