Answer:	I haven’t tried this so this is just my thoughts on the matter: The Hepa filter medium is probably going to restrict the air flow significantly more than the activated carbon. Also, there’s only room for 1/4” thick filter medium and it sits in a heavy cardboard tray for support. If hepa is a requirement for you, you may want to consider looking at the units that are made for and sold with hepa filters - just note they are around 5 plus times the cost of this unit.

Answer:	Well if working on models yes , painting with spray cans no , wont be enough volume of air to work , but should do nicely on plastic car or truck models for sure , its does good for soldering electronics very nicely though to . Buy a few extra carbon filters to so can just toss the contaminated one occasionally. I do alot of electronics and it's been so nice to remove that solder smoke puts off its sucks it right in and gone and done, no more holding your breath while your soldering, feel alot better to becuase of it. Answer:	It works ok the heat transfer is good and it does come with alot of different attachments. I did manage to accidentally burn the heat gun element but I found the replacement element for 8 dollars on ebay so it saved me. I actually like this unit but it is a lower standard from paying hundreds of dollars for basically a unit that does same thing. It's all in how it's taken care of. I recommend for small projects. I use mine in phones and tablets. I have not tried errors yet
