Question:	How do the hold down brackets work? I have been looking for a picture and haven't found one
Answer:	The hold-down brackets can't possibly get in the way of emptying the toilet. The bottom (poopy) half must just slide out or somehow un-attach from the floor bracket for easy disposal.

Question:	Can someone give me accurate dimensions of the unit? There are two different sets of dimensions listed for the item
Answer:	out of the box and in my RV, it's 15"L X 13 1/2"out of the box and in my RV, it's 15"L X 13 1/2"W X 12"D. I'm very satisfied with it, except I worry some about the plastic locking system to connect the top to the bottom, but I've had it for 4-5 months and empty it every 1 1/2-2 days. I live full-time in it and it's so much easier to empty than a heavy porta cart that I was dragging to my daughter's sewer outlet all the time. Hope this has helped.

Question:	I over filled my tank, and now the holding tank if overfull! Any good ideas on how to empty it
Answer:	I would set it down in a tub in the bathroom. Then pop the side clips removing the top seat section, setting that to the side. Take the holding tank to the toilet tilting inward then unscrew the valve cap. Waste will go into the toilet then flush. Any spills are easily cleaned up. Wash it out in tub. Hope this helps.

Question:	I had a sealand model 960 series. Is this a direct replacement
Answer:	I had a similar question and asked Dometic. I replaced the unit in a sailboat that had a 900 series unit with this and I reused the floor clamps, it was a direct fit. As I recall the unit comes in two colors and two tank sizes that make many P/N combinations.
