Question:	Will these fit an army alice pack
Answer:	I have a large ALICE ruck and I have these shoulder straps. ALICE ruck fits the ALICE frame with straps that go through rectangular guides and then around the tops and sides of the ALICE frame. The metal snap hooks on these straps could attach to the ALICE frame, but you'd have to make something for them to attach to. I'd just lash some paracord around the frame and attach the shoulder straps to the paracord. There are also very good modifications to a MOLLE frame where you can attach an ALICE ruck to a MOLLE frame and buy MOLLE shoulder straps and even a MOLLE kidney pad and belt, which are much more substantial and padded than a stock ALICE pack. One of these modifications is called a "Hellcat" modification. Just Google "ALICE MOLLE hellcat modification." Once you start reading about ALICE and MOLLE modifications, it becomes easy to figure out how to make things like these straps fit on an ALICE frame too. Paracord and duct tape to wonders. I use gaffer's tape because my rucks and frames are all black. The snap clips on the FOLAI shoulder straps I received are pretty high quality stainless steel, I believe. The shoulder straps are really nicely made.

Answer:	Only if the duffel bag has a place for the clips to latch onto on both the top and bottom of the bag itself.

Answer:	Yes and if you don't want to screw it to your cabinet door it comes with a couple of dbl sided super adhesive pads as an alternate means of attachment.

Answer:	Wash it with hot water immediately before first use, and it is ready for use. Wash the knife with hot water immediately following every use. Allow to dry. And apply a light coat of food grade mineral oil before putting it away (every use) it is good steel but since it is steel putting it away will cause rust on the blade and tang of the knife. If you see rust, I use 000 steel wool and a small amount of food grade mineral wool to massage the rust from the steel. Wash thoroughly to remove let it dry and coat with food grade mineral oil before storage.

Answer:	As an adult women, I can wear this bag as a cross body bag in both its shortest strap configuration as well as the longest. I adjust it depending on how high I want to wear it. If you take a tape measure and wrap it around yourself like a cross body bag, close the loop at 40" and then at 54" then you'll get a pretty good idea of how the bag would fit.

Answer:	If you put it in a STURDY folder - yes. The folder would alter the shape of the pack a little bit - but it's doable. The backpack is not square - so it's not really meant to hold a folder or standard composition notebook. I have a hard plastic folder I sometimes carry that protects the paper fine.If you put loose paper or a flimsy folder (like a normal manilla filing folder) it will fold over on itself or crimp the edges.The largest "square" object you can put in here, without altering the shape of the backpack, is a macbook. I usually travel with a one-subject notebook, macbook 12" and my iPad Pro in the large compartment, then my phone, wallet, pens/pencils and other oddities in the other compartments. I don't mind my notebook "curving" a bit in transport - looseleaf paper will not survive. If I need to carry loose papers I bring them in my plastic folder, then the notebook doesn't curve. The backpack looks a little funky - but only if someone stares at it long enough.
