Answer:	The insert cannot be adjusted. If the height of the 4 gallon bottle is shorter than 18 inches it may not work. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The application use is for bottled water. It can go in a smaller than 5 gallon jug but the wand will stick out of bottle

Answer:	The Bw5000 is build sturdier. The rod is less likely to break. The pump noise level is much better then the Bw4000. The Bw4000 has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
Question:	I just purchased a new samsung 4 door fridge. it has a filter inside the fridge that you unscrew and replace. can i use the flojet with it
Answer:	According to the manufacturer's instructions, an in-refrigerator filter "may cause over-cycling resulting in pump failure." An empty or dummy filter housing should be obtained from the refrigerator manufacturer and used instead of the filer. If that's not possible, the use of a small accumulator tank will be necessary. The part numbers for the extra parts are in the instructions.

Answer:	It comes with 1/4" outer diameter tubing, and the fittings to connect it to the refrigerator ice maker line on the back of a refrigerator.

The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. The tanks hold 1 liter of hot water and 3.6 liters of cold water. Due to the extremely hot water, we’ve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spouts clearly visible in the dark. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF certified activated carbon filter (listed as model A5FILTER) and a sediment filter (listed as model A5FILTER) in the cabinet and a water line that can be attached to your water source. The water is taken from your water source and filtered through the filter and then through the machines hot and cold water tanks. The filter will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, lead, rust, and bacteria. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean ozone function which will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the injection of ozone by the press of a switch. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The dispensing area is 12x3x10 inches with 9 inches of space below the spouts. The unit dimensions are 41x12x13 inches.

Question:	Does this pump automatically shut off when there is no demand
Answer:	Yes. I did automatically shut off. But this pump is not durable. After one month, it stop work. It's noisy as well. Don't buy it. I bought another one. Works for almost one year now.
Question:	Can it be used on the pressurized tank of an RO system? We have connected the tank to the refrigerator but the pressure it comes out is terrible
Answer:	I do not think that would work not enough flow from the ro unit to supply the pump to pressurize the refrigerator supply.
Question:	How do you connect to 12v rv system? all i see is a 120 volt to 12 volt transformer
Answer:	I simply cut the 110v power cord and the transformer then spliced the wires into my 12 volt L.E.D. strip around the island in my rv. Works great!
