Question:	Does this still come with a glove? I did not get one in the package
Answer:	Ours was black but looked the same. We did receive a remote control to turn the "flames" on and off and up and down. It also had a button to turn the heater on and off.
Question:	Dimensions are shown 3 times, all are different, why
Answer:	It depends on the heat level you choose and where you set the thermostat.
Question:	Can some one explain what the velcro loops on the front near the top are for
Answer:	It all depends on how long you leave it on; I don't normally leave it on for a long period of time just to knock off the chill pretty much. When I had it on for about an hour I did notice the room was cozy and feel so warm！
