Question:	how does the 1 year warranty work? Mine had issue that water was running continously
Answer:	You may be able to just watch it operate and you may see whats causing it to stick. Its not expensive to replace it all with a new kit I just noticed with this kit the toilet fills slower but I think it has an adjustment to fix it. I replace all of mine because mine kept sticking and this kit did fix that.

Answer:	I'd say, if you are patient and have a second bathroom to use so you won't be pressured, you can do this. The replacement product is universal, and made from materials which are easy to work with and don't rust. If anything, I'd look at the existing components to make sure they are not corroded or rusted, which makes it very difficult to remove the old components from the tank. Particularly the bolts which hold the tank to the base. Check those. If they are clean on the bottom of the tank under the base, and you can easily turn them with a wrench while holding the screws with a screwdriver in the tank, you should be good to go.

Other Brands

People accustomed to heavy, stiff wood seats may think plastic is bad, but for harsh environments such as bathrooms, high-quality plastic is much better for several reasons. Painted wood seats and vinyl-covered foam soft seats are cheaper to produce and don’t last very long. These seats usually have fewer features (no Slow Close or Quick Release), fewer bumpers (2 instead of 4), inferior plastic hinges and plastic mounting hardware. Painted wood seats can stain, chip, peel or break...usually at the plastic hinges or the wood seat itself.

MasterSuite Models

MasterSuite seats (BR237 elongated, BR283 round) are made of Eurocast, a high-tech polymer that is harder, heavier and stiffer than polypropylene. Eurocast is cooler to touch, extremely durable and scratch resistant. Eurocast is more porous than polypropylene, so it breathes better against the skin, but may stain if urine or dark liquids are left on the surface for long periods of time (for example, in kid's bathrooms or on the underside of the seat, where maintenance is often neglected).

Telescoping" vs "Stacked" Lid

Bath Royale's Premium Elongated toilet seat (BR606) has a "telescoping" lid that completely covers the seat when lid is closed. This looks great (very clean), but the seat is only 13.5 inches wide. If your toilet bowl is wider than 14.25 inches, you may want to consider Bath Royale's Superior (BR644-00) or MasterSuite (BR237-xx) seats which are 14+ inches wide and have traditional "stacked" lids (lid stacks evenly over the seat).

Top Mount Anchors Required?

Some 1-piece toilets or bowls with concealed trapways (flat sides or "skirted" bowl) require "top mount" anchors, sold separately on Amazon (search B0759WR3F9). Top mount anchors are required if you can't reach under the toilet seat to tighten the seat mounting hardware or wingnuts.

Answer:	I have a glacier bay toilet, the flapper was not sealing.. I looked all over and nothing came close. I ordered this it fit perfectly and no more running water. I highly recommend this product.

Answer:	See the two tabs in the back? Thats where your existing two bolts go. The seat goes on top of this. I assume this is the same one we bought since I am being asked. I'd suggest this for a standard bowl. On an elongated the front bar came in 2-3 inches from the front of the bowl.

Answer:	I don't think its gonna fit on that MOEN DN7016 It fits on toilet seat. It has only two screws on back you can see in pic. MOEN DN7016 looks broad and wide.
Question:	I have an elogated bowl, is the front cross brace far enough forward to clear the opening
Answer:	We have an elongated bowl. It lacked 2" of reaching the far side of the seat. In other words, between the front cross bar and the closest point on the seat was 2" of open space. No way this could be used with our toilet! So I adapted it to form the arms of an old dining room chair, and it is now part of my wife's favorite, most comfortable chair when she's using her computer.
