Question:	Do the suction cups stick even if under water, as they would be in my jetted tub
Answer:	The suction cups stick under water. I, do take it out of the tub and wash it with soap and water. I use a towel and dry some of the water out and let it dry before I put it back in the tub. I think, washing the pillow keeps it nice!. It needs too be cleaned, just like the tube needs cleaning...

Answer:	After bathing, I simply rinse front and back under the tub faucet and lean it against the back of the tub. There it stays nice and clean for next time. I don't hang it up and I've never had to clean it, at least not yet, as I mostly take baths in the winter and I just bought it late this past winter.

Question:	Does the encasing help against dust mites and bed bugs
Answer:	When i got this pillow i realized that was going to be an issue so i cut up an old sheet and made a couple of squares large enough to cover the sleeping side and tuck in all around. Works all right considering i didn't sew them and keeps the surface clean. i haven't contacted InteVision but i imagine they sell replacement covers.
Question:	Can the memory foam be removed
Answer:	I'm 6'1" and 350 lbs. Not a bad wedge but I need to find a bigger one, all around. I like the wedge to start just at my lower back and it is too short for me. So I have to put a pillow vertical between the wall/headboard and the wedge and then rest a bed pillow on that to hold up my head. Also I found that the pillow flattens too much for me, so I have ended up putting a pillow under the wedge to make it incline a little more. Lastly, it is not wide enough to support my arms as much as I would like. I'm now thinking about buying the Avana Slant Bed Wedge or maybe other brands I have found.
Question:	Do you need a standard pillow on the top
Answer:	Oh, I am a side sleeper too. It can be done to sleep on the wedge on your side but only in short segments. I found it too uncomfortable for lengthy periods and you have to experiment to find the OK bend point. I bought the wedge to use following surgery and later used it during brief periods of acid reflux or bad colds w/ sinus drainage. I have discovered that on my back on the wedge I am somewhat more comfortable with a small pillow or rolled up towel under my lower neck & tops of my shoulders. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have used both. I purchased the 12" first but found the incline too much. I slid down when using it all night as well as when using it for TV, etc. I returned the 12" and purchased the 7.5" which is perfect for me. I do not slide when sleeping on it, with or without a pillow, and the support is great for my neck and back. I do add a couple pillows when I want to sit up more and maintain good neck position. For me, the 7.5" is a better fit and more versatile. It is also easier to set aside or store when I am not using it. Answer:	What I did to help with the smell was to dry it in the dryer with no heat for more than the 5 mins stated (actually about 40 total). Then 24 hours under the ceiling fan. That reduced the smell considerably to the point of useability. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they don’t have a smell anymore. Hope that helped and good luck!
Question:	The pillow is hard as a rock. Used it for a month to try to get it worked in but it’s still hard and uncomfortable. Does it ever get softer
Answer:	Mine is very firm, but that suits me. I've had mine since Christmas 2019 and it is just now starting to 'give' a little. I've had others that loose their support after just a few uses so I was pleased that this one has stayed as supportive has. I can say that after about 3 months, mine has become more pliable but not to a great degree.

Answer:	The arms are not long. Surprisingly short.
Question:	I am 6'2 220 lbs would this be a suitable size or is it meant for smaller people
Answer:	This is an average size. I bought this for my brother who is 5'6" and 165 lbs. It is a perfect size for him. You might want to get a larger sized one to accommodate your height or just use a pillow to offer support behind your head.
Question:	does it hold shape and is durable
Answer:	It does hold shape but is not durable. Don’t waste your money !!!
Question:	How long does it take for it to get bigger and fill the empty areas? I just opened it and it does not look firm and the top portion has no foam
Answer:	The top portion really does have foam - it's just been compressed. It took about 3 days to look like what I ordered, and it does firm-up.
