Answer:	We have 3 and 2 of them click and lock easily, while 1 will never fully click and lock, no matter how much force is used. I think it’s a defect in some of them. It doesn’t leak despite this, so we haven’t worried about it.

Answer:	My husband studied this and we can't fix it. If you can tell your toddler to blow into the straw before they set the cup down, liquid shouldn't come out the top of the straw. But, a toddler can't remember to do that and he'll set the cup down and there will be a milk or juice mess under it in a few minutes. I got fed up and threw ours away.

Answer:	The straw pops off of the lid. The spout also can come out if needed. But the part that attaches the straw to the lid doesn't come off. I've never had an issue needing it to come apart, though.

The straw consists of 2 parts, which is a little hard to detach, and there is a clear silicone sealing inside the lid. And the silicone band around the cup is also removable. It gets mold between the cup and the band as well so I clean that once in a while. There are many parts to pay attention to. The same as other kids' cups...

Answer:	No. I assume you're referring to the flap down lid, thats just so you can keep the straw covered if putting it in a bag/on the go. We never had a leak problem with this sippy cup!

Answer:	The top straw does not come off, it is attached to the top portion of the cup. This part does come off of the cap so you are able to wash it. The straw inside the cup does separate from the top.

Answer:	There is no cover for the straw but they really don't leak as long as you have the parts all together correctly. These are the best as far as no leaks, but they seem pretty hard to suck to me, but my kids (ages 1,2, and 3) don't seem to have an issue with it. I've tried a lot of cups and these are my favorite.
Question:	Can the kid pull the straw out? And does it leak when upside down
Answer:	Sort of. This item is 4 pieces-- the cup, the screw-on plastic piece/lid, the rubbery plastic top with 1/2 the straw actually molded into the part, and the bottom half of the straw that fits into the bottom of the plastic top. The rubbery plastic top fits into the hard plastic screw-on lid, and while the top part of the straw cannot be pulled out, the entire rubbery piece can be removed by prying little fingers. It's kid of hard to explain without a photo, but the plastic rubbery part sort of looks like a cross between a straw and a baby bottle nipple. Except, instead of being secured with a strong enough tightening, this 'nipple' is designed to just sort of for snugly inside the screw-on cap, but can be pried loose and allow he contents to spill.My son could be left alone with these until he was 2.5 because he would constantly poke his finger between the rubbery top and plastic lid, breaking the seal and spilling his drink. My daughter has been using them since she turned 1 because she doesn't try to poke the top. It all depends on the kid. When used correctly, they are about 99% leak-free, but one inquisitive finger can lead to a huge mess. I do love them for holding water, especially on trips, because the bottles are a bit slimmer than others and fit well into cup holders and diaper bag pouches.

Answer:	It does not leak. Just make sure it is screwed on toght. Also if the spout is up and baby is shaking it upside down you might get a drop or two out. Depending on what was left in the straw during the last sip.
