Answer:	We bought these for our sons who 5 and 7. We had to cut the belt as it was way too big for them. I unfortunately don't remember how big IT was so not sure it would fit 38. Answer:	The belt itself is 2" wide and will fit most jeans. However, the way it is constructed, the buckle and stay are huge and won't fit through the belt loops. For the price, since this is cheap, I removed the buckle and stay. I put hook and loop velcro on. Now it fits into my jeans no problem.

Answer:	Yess its actually really good quality, kind of small but for a carpenter like myself its perfect.

Answer:	Yes. The pouch is leather, so it will need to be worked in a little before it will drop in though. It’s a good set of bags for light to medium weight.
Question:	No sag and is it easy to adjust? Ive got a cheapo belt from home depot thats the same clip style and its no good. Such a pain to adjust

Answer:	it has a cinch clip that you pass the belt end thru and adjust the length. I wear my belt inside out to keep extra length tucked in so it stays out of my way.

Answer:	It can be a pain to adjust at first. Once I had it set to my waist size I never needed to adjust it again. The thing I didn’t like was the buckle. I eventually went with the old fashion GI cartridge belt instead
