Cut off the small first step on the Rockler #42251 hose adapter. The new opening now matches the diameter of the dust port. Unzip the dust bag. Insert the hose adapter into the bag with the small end protruding from the spring clip opening. Loop the wire tie behind the spring clamp and tighten. Attach the protruding end of the Rockler adapter to the dust port.Using this fix, I have gone from 4 cuts and a clog to 20 cuts and no clogs on pine, popular, and red oak.I offered this solution to Dewalt/Porter Cable and they showed no interest.

Answer:	The 1659B is a 5-3/8" cordless saw that ONLY accepts the older style NiCd or NiMH "pod" batteries that have a stem sticking up out of the battery pack. The CCS180B is a 6-1/2" cordless saw that accepts current Li-Ion batteries, (such as Core or FatPack), that slide onto the tool and does not accept NiCd or NiMH battery packs. We have asked amazon numerous times to make that clear on the 1659B listing but they just ignore us so, we call each customer that buys a 1659B to make sure they understand this. The return rate is astounding because of their lack of proper description. Thank you.

Question:	I am building a panel saw and need a circular saw with an auto on switch. Does this saw have that ability
Answer:	use the switch at the power plug and zip tie it the trigger.
Question:	What is the wattage
Answer:	With an AC motor you can't calculate the wattage by multiplying the voltage by the current (amperage). I won't get into a technical explanation but the peaks in the AC current are delayed from the peaks in the AC voltage. The wattage is equal to the volts X amps X a power factor, which is always less than one. That said, the wattage is really only of interest with respect to how much electricity your're billed for. You need to consider the current to determine whether you are overloading your wiring. The 15 amp specification would be when it reaches it's maximum load. I haven't measured this saw but my 15-amp rated table saw draws 8 amps with no load. I don't really have the means to measure it safely at full load.
Question:	Can the laser be adjusted by the user if it doesn't line up out of the box
Answer:	There is an adjuster toward the back of the laser- a 3/32 allen key can adjust it left or right. Mine moved a bit, probably from the vibration of the saw. I was able to easily adjust it back to straight.
Question:	Does this cut accurately? I bought a cheaper Skil and the cut was off by 1/4" at the base. The laser was off the same too
Answer:	I made some straight cuts in 2" x 4" s and the laser was right on.
