Answer:	Slower is better than higher. Try not to use a wheel that is lower than 80 grit. 100 seems best. If you go up to high, you end up heating the tool too much.

To provide speed ranges to suit any situation, especially for the more experienced turner, there is a three step pulley. This arrangement allows the variable speed controller to adjust speeds from 60 to 900 rpm on the low step of the pulley, 110 -1800 rpm on the 2nd step (medium), and a high speed range of 220 -3600 rpm on the the 3rd step. The belt need only be changed if you want to move to a different range of speeds. This is a very simple process.

Answer:	Yes. This set comes with three separate handles. They are shipped un assembled but I had them together on three minutes. The handles are great.
Question:	Is the handle covering a cheap foam that will tear or a hard rubber
Answer:	It is a very tight, closed cell foam, similar to that in wet suits. It's about 1/16" thick, but very comfortable to work with for long periods have a set of 4 tools, each with its own handle so I'm not constantly switching tool shafts back and forth between handles. I suppose if you were to twist these handles real hard, or subject them to something sharp they may tear, but they are good made tools, if you take care of them, they'll last. I've seen many pictures of them standing upright in PVC holders so thats what I made for mine. I took 2.5" black PVC pipe, cut the bottom at a 45⁰ angle so they wouldn't fill up with wood chips, then screwed them to the side of one of my benches. This protects the carbide cutters, the handles, my fingers when I need to grab something and keeps the area clear. I've got a close up picture of the foam, but I don't see a way to post one. I recommend the tools.

Question:	What are the table dimensions
Answer:	The table is 12" by 12".
Question:	Can this cut schedule 40 stainless steel 304L pipes
Answer:	I wouldn't, the cuts wouldn't be that great and you would burn out the motor on the saw
Question:	will saw make sharp turns
Answer:	If you install a smaller blade it will turn almost as sharply as a scroll saw. I have a 1/4" blade and it can turn perhaps a 3/4" radius OK.
Question:	Do i need to purchase saw blades
Answer:	The saw ships with one wood blade. I purchased an extra finer tooth blade and a metal cutting blade. good to have an extra in case the one you are using breaks.
