Question:	can you use a 10 pad
Answer:	Yes that’s basically what I use is 10” polishing pad for aluminum and stainless steel. I use a 6000 rpm for cutting then use this one for final stage of polishing since it’s a lower rpm at 3500. I like this one for final stage as I can turn it down to 2000 rpm for a final mirror finish.

Answer:	Can, I use a 5 inch. I usually buy DeWalt products but this one I don't really recommend. I would go for the Makita. This polishe has a problem with 800 then to 600. It's very troublesome with product flying.

Question:	I have this machine...what do i need to do to learn how to correct paint to a great finish
Answer:	Go to the junk yard and buy several panels. Use the machine for about 200 hours. (No, I'm not kidding). THEN, you can use it on an actual car. Not saying that you can't use it before then without screwing something up bad, but don't come near my car with it! Seriously, watching Youtube and all is great but do not use this without some practice on things that won't matter if you screw up. Also, learn the difference between things you do with this that you can fix (like with a random orbital) and things you do that you can't fix.

Answer:	The grinder has 1/2" Male Quick Disconnect, you can buy a 6' hose attachment that is lighter than std hose with the disconnects on each end, you need to put an adapter on the end of your hose that converts it from Male hose thread to 1/2" Male QD, each end of the lighter 6' hose has Female 1/2" QD fittings. I highly recommend getting the lighter hose whip, std hose is too stiff to make working comfortable.

Answer:	Yes it does very well, it comes with different grades of sanding disc's that really do work good on jasper and agate.

Answer:	The kit does not include any dust shroud, and we dont offer any dust shroud. If you have right sizes shroud you can connect and use. Wet polisher arbor size usually bigger then grinders, you need to find right sized dust shroud to use on this.

Answer:	No. Even with a buffer attachment, the rpm produced by this tool, would destroy the finish on a car. Swirl marks would be heavy and you could possibly take the paint off your car. Use a product that is built for that task.

Answer:	I used mine at least a dozen hours last summer and still have wick left but I have another style that I've had for three years and I found replacement wicks by searching for "oil lamp wicks". It takes less than a minute to replace a wick.

Question:	What sandpaper does this use? 5 hole? 8 hole
Answer:	I plan to use this on a fridge - but a smaller fridge that lives in the garage anyway. It should fit, (Kenmore 69319) but if it doesn't, I'll attach a piece of 3/4" plywood to the mover, then set the fridge on the plywood. It won't be moved often, but it does need to move easily on occasion - more than normal fridge wheels can facilitate. I'll have to figure a way to bolt it down to the plywood if I have to go that route.

It is a big and heavy grinder but it makes short work of big jobs. We used it for paint stripping on concrete. Cut-off wheels will cut 1/2" thick cold rolled 1018 steel like nothing.
