Answer:	It comes with the pieces to be able to perform all the functions that it displays, yes, however the size is on such a small scale that you are putting way more effort into trying to use this than you are getting out of it. This wasn't good for anything that I purchased it for, and isn't adaptable to larger scale pieces. Doesn't have a lot of power at all to perform any of the 'tasks' it boasts to accommodate.

Answer:	I use a drilling chuck for all my pen blanks. As suggested, drill slowly, and frequently pull out the drill to remove shavings, as the blank may overheat and split.
