Answer: No, you need to take it apart to clean it well or the paint can't dry over time and make it not work properly.

Answer: It's possible but it would only hold a couple of oz before it would come out the vent and at .8 mm it would have to be very thin paint. They offer a full size gun with a 20 oz cup and the vents are generally able to accommodate greater gun angle. Ceiling suggest a house application, 20 oz goes fast go with a roller and a paint bucket would be much faster and have better results

Importance of Degassing 

1. Carbon dioxide in solution is what makes a carbonated drink fizzy. Most wines are meant to be still. Carbon dioxide will make a wine fizzy, which is typically not what you want. In fact, sparkling wines are first degassed before they are re-carbonated. 

2. Dissolved carbon dioxide prevents wine from clearing properly, white wines in particular are sensitive to carbon dioxide. Not degassing a white wine will leave it with a haze that will not clear with time. 

3. When carbon dioxide is dissolved in wine it creates an acidic flavour due to the carbon dioxide and water reacting to form carbonic acid.

Wine Stirrer Instructions

1. Rack the wine/liquid into a carboy or bucket (make sure the carboy or bucket is food grade and is cleaned thoroughly).

2. Clean off the degassing rod and the drill before attaching it to the drill.

3. Add a bung if desired and food grade lubricant on the inside of the bung to avoid too much friction causing shavings to be produced.

4. Attach the degassing rod to the drill and fasten it securely.

5. Gently insert the degassing tool into the carboy or bucket and begin by rotating clockwise on the lowest speed setting. 

6. Start by pulsing/throttling the drill and seeing how the mixture reacts. If too much froth is formed from the agitation then it could overflow the container. If froth begins to form, agitate more gently and in sequences of 10-15 seconds.

7. Increase the speed as necessary being attentive to how the liquid reacts.

8. Stir the wine with the degassing rod for about 5-30 minutes. 

9. Seal the carboy with the airlock and let it sit for 1-3 hours. If you are using a bucket then covering with a cloth works fine. 

10. Return and repeat the same process.

11. Seal the carboy again with the airlock and let it sit.

12. Repeat 2-3 times.

Answer: Yes... If you buy a standard drill chuck for the sds . That is what I did making the sds usable for all regular drill bits. I bought mine at menards, but should be avail at major home improvement stores ie lowes or home depot.

Answer: Yes, as it says IN THE DESCRIPTION, :-) this fits a standard 3/8 (Jacobs or equivalent) three jaw chuck. It has a hex shaft, which prevents slippage in the chuck. “Will it mix concrete?” Presuming your drill motor is up to the task...yes it does an excellent and efficient job of sheet rock mud, thinset mortar and typical bagged premix cement. Just don’t expect to mix much with a consumer battery-powered hand drill. This and all paddle mixers of this size work best with a high torque low rpm double handled drIll motor. A cheap but functional example of such a high torque low RPM drill motor would be the Harbor Freight 1/2 inch heavy duty spade handle drill, SKU 63112. If you want something better, Dewalt DW130 is a good choice. Either of those and a 5 gallon plastic bucket and you’re good to go.
Question: I have a 3/8"round shank drill. I just bought this to find it has 3/8"Hex bit and does not fit.. Is there an adapter
Answer: Use a standard 3/8 chuck driver with a 3/8 or 1/2 automotive socket driver - and then get a standard deep well automotive socket that fits the socket driver. It is easy and costs you almost nothing if you already have a typical automotive toolbox.
