Answer:	Although this does not have an IP (Ingress Protection) rating, the earbuds could have a P2i coat or nanocoat that can protect against sweat, Sony is known for making products that aren't supposedly water/sweat resistant but have been able to stand sweat or water just fine. Another thing to possibly subdue any worries is that airpods do not have any water or sweat resistance either, but a lot of people work out in them and they survive just fine. Same with the last generation TW earbuds from sony, the WF-1000X, they were not water or sweat resistant at all either, but a lot of owners would exercise in them and there would be no problems. So no, sweating lightly or non-intensive workouts wont damage the buds. If you do want earbuds similar to these but want an IP rating on them, there are the WF-SP700N. They have noise cancelling too, but there are quite a few downsides with them.

Answer:	If you do not have Bluetooth 5.0 or newer on your computer then will experience more latency than you would if you had bluetooth 5.0. I've had truly wireless bluetooth 4.1 headphones and they had a ton of latency. They also just might not work outright if you don't have a bluetooth 5.0 host device.

The WF-XM3 earbuds otoh can only be connected to a single BT device at a time. Unless you literally mean just "pair" and not "be connected to", in which case you can pair them to literally as many devices as you want... Just like you can any Bluetooth audio device. But to actually use them you'll still have to manually connect & disconnect to/from just ONE of said devices at a time.

Answer:	Yes, like you, I want to be able to hear noise around me and using one is very effective and I have a lot of daily conference calls!

Answer:	Yes, what ever is playing gets paused when you take out either bud.

Answer:	These headphones DO have active noise cancellation. There are 3 modes, Active Noise Cancellation, a noise pass thru mode, and a neutral mode with no noise management feature active. If the headphones are in the right position they can help with blocking any noise, but airplane engine noise from the outside of the plane would probably be better managed with over-the-ear type headphones.

Answer:	I've used it for phone calls while outside before and it drowns out the noise pretty well. The call quality itself isn't what I would call crystal clear, but I definitely have no issues using it for phone calls.
