Answer:	They are hardened steel. I've used mine on some screws with stripped heads (which would have chewed up the bit if it hadn't been hardened steel). They are hardened and they don't get chewed up. I've had no issues with mine.

Answer:	Yes, they will BUT, these aren't really designed for use in an electric drill, these are designed for use in 1/4" hex bit screwdrivers primarily.

Answer:	Contrary to some answers, the case is very well designed and there is a very simple way of getting the bits back into the case. All you have to do is turn the bit with the flat sides to either side (pointy side to the front , back) then slide it down into the empty slotted area; there should be no resistance if done correctly. The simply push the bits back down seating it into the holder. It's as simple as that.

Answer:	the case your want is the Dewalt 660141-00 Kitbox and amazon does not sell it. i got mine on ebay for $15 or you can get it from dewalt for $28 or there are some hardware stores that sell it online.The case listed by MVT62 will not fit. Answer:	45* but doesn't matter, this set cuts a perfect groove and the other bit cuts a matching solid wood face to fit. Please note though the plywood or particle board must be of good quality for good results, no tear out, MDF would work.

Answer:	I have used tool this for about six month and have not had situation where it is operating continuously for more than a 15 minutes. It does seem to need a recharge after use driving larger screws, but does recharge reasonably fast. I have used it for about an hour assembling some furniture and it needed a charge afterword.
