Question:	Can anyone talk about the cut quality? Does this blade have any advantages when it comes to cut quality, speed or heat buildup? Does it leave a burr
Answer:	The cut quality is better than with abrasive blades, since the diamond particles do the cutting, rather than abrasive grit. The blade does not reduce in diameter with use like an abrasive wheel does, so you are always cutting with a 14" wheel. Speed is about the same as a new 14" abrasive wheel, possibly slightly faster. Heat buildup is less. Yes, it does leave a burr.
Question:	can you cut pavers with this blade
Answer:	I haven't personally cut pavers with this blade but the advertisement for it says you can cut concrete. Pavers are nothing more than concrete.

Answer:	Yes, as it is 14 inch with a 1 inch arbor.

Answer:	This a Diamond Saw Blade, its used to cut tile, brick, concrete, Masonry type work. Not intended for cutting metal. I cut tile and concrete with mine.

Answer:	Yes, you can use this with the DW402 but you need to get the DW4706 Backing Flange. Amazon sells it for $2.99 as an add-on item. You need this flange for any type 1 cutting wheel used on a type 72 grinder (cupped surface disks). BTW, the arbor is 7/8" for disks that don't screw on, and 5/8" threads for those that do screw on. Hence you need cutting disks, like this one, with a 7/8" arbor. This applies for all grinders, not just Dewalt.

Answer:	it will cut steel but it will wear it out very fast . i am a mason and cut rebar with these blades all the time . not sure about cast iron but softer steel they will cut although they are not intended to be used for that

Answer:	It will cut 1 inch square solid Rod no problem. The secret to success with this blade is to feed it very very gently especially at the start of the cut. Then gentle pressure and it will cut the metal perfectly.

Question:	This blade says to use it no faster than 1800 RPM, my Porter Cable saw is 3800 RPM. So does everybody ignore that detail
Answer:	NO! Do not ignore that detail! If blade lifespan is important to you then use the 1300 RPM saw that it is designed for. They will last many months and I make thousands of cuts into multiple pieces at a time. If you use the ordinary chop saws intended for high RPM abrasive discs you can count the number of days it will last on your fingers...kind of a shame when they are $125 each and a disc is $10.
