Answer:	Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily. There’s no benefit to it so if you can use any lower speed port, I would recommend that.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Answer:	It should automatically recognize it. Make sure you have the USB cable connected to the correct port on the base station -not the 5 V DC port. Make sure Dragon is closed when you connect it. Takes a bit of trial and error with restarting the software to get it to work.

Answer:	It appears that the addition of the 7th button and the lower DPI are the major differences. The apparent position of the 7th button would hit your palm if you are not a claw grip user. I would go with the 6 button M601 unless you play MMOs that could use the extra buttons.
