Answer:	I get this saw onto places that I never thought I would ever get a recip saw. The places this saw goes and works I don't even notice any difference. I would trade off even more spm's if needed to get a saw like this. I've used others like this and they all have jammed up on me. I do work my tools extremely and I mean extremely hard and will probably burn this one out eventually but anything that can stay together under my use is a worthy tool.

Answer:	Doubtful. Especially if a hard wood. You’d have to cut from both sides for 2”. Better off with a good router bit and circle jig.

Answer:	Any drill with a 3/8" chuck will work, I used a Ryobi ONE+ and it worked fine cutting a 5" hole in 3/4" plywood.

Answer:	Sadly the center of this tool is a drill bit, once the hold is cut the material the drill bit entered is taken away with the saw cut out leaving no place for the drill to Re center to enlarge the hole. I have free handed to make the hole larger using these saws but you are what keeps it centered not the center drill bit. It’s not easy but can be done. I would suggest instead using a power jigsaw since a hole is already there. Use a glass or round object like a coin to trace the hole you want to have then use the jigsaw to enlarge the hole. Answer:	Not that I know of, I found cutting thru brick I had to take it slow. I just tipped the cutting tool slightly till I had started a slight half circle then was able to hold to start the full circle. I was very surprised that it did a nice job cutting thru the brick half at a time

Answer:	This model (the 2625) is perfect for my use, but you may want to do an internet search for model #2719, which is the same design as this only with the Powerstate brushless motor (FUEL), going for about $149 for the tool only. The 2719 model is not available on Amazon for some reason. The stroke is 7/8 inch, vs. 3/4 inch for this model, so probably cuts faster too. Both take any size of the M18 lithium batteries, but If you are concerned about using bigger batteries, the FUEL model #2719 may be more what you are looking for.

Answer:	Yes, depending on what blade length you choose. Has plenty of power. Only draw back is that like any reciprocating saw, if the blade hangs up the tool bounces. Slower cut can solve this. Great tool and handy.

Answer:	I own both. They have nearly the same footprint size and no real weight difference. The 12v has a slightly bigger grip because the battery fits inside the handle. For light-duty or occasional cutting, the 12v is great. The new 12v - 4.0Ah batteries gives more power and longer run time. But it's definitely slower and less powerful than the 18v. The 18v will easily match or outperform any reciprocating saw (sawzall) because it's one-handed, more maneuverable, and can get into really tight spaces. Anybody that disagrees hasn't been standing on a ladder trying to install 2-inch pipe in a ceiling around sprinkler pipes and ductwork. Plus hot-swapping batteries between hackzall and hammer drill is pretty convenient. On 2-inch conduit pipe, I got 2 cuts using the 12v and a fully charged standard battery. Using the 18v, I got at least 12 cuts and I didn't swap battery during 10-hrs.

Question:	Will this cut through corian countertop
Answer:	Like a charm, as far as cutting goes. If the countertop is thicker than the depth of the hole saw, may have a problem finishing the cuts, but if the pilot hole goes all the way through the countertop, just have to be careful when you go in from the backside to finish the cut.
Question:	wil this cut through steel doors
Answer:	It doesn’t have carbide-tipped teeth, so might get through your mud room door into the garage, and might not. It would probably be ruined in the process. OTOH, works great on melamine-clad particle board shelves.
Question:	Will this cut aluminum
Answer:	Sure. Spin backwards so it cuts smoothly (thats how I do pvc)
Question:	Is there a 1 inch diameter that will fit this set
Answer:	The smallest diameter in this set is 1.25". Other sets go smaller but for wood, your best bet a set of economical spade bits. Amazon offers sets or individual sizes.
