Answer:	A 13/16" is equivalent to a 21mm. The reason the standard set only goes to 3/4" is the same reason the metric set only goes to 19mm. That is traditionally where basic wrench sets (12 pc each) like this top out at.

Answer:	I've never had that problem with these wrenches. Just be sure the switch is pushed fully in the position you want it before using.

Answer:	11mm - 7/16in, 8mm - 5/16in and 16mm - 5/8in ARE close enough for normal use. If you have any extremely tight bolt/nut, male sure you use tje appropriate size tool. 11mm is NOT commonly considered a duplicate, wjere the other 2 are. Do not try 13mm or 14mm in place of 1/2in or 9/16in, as they are not close enough...even though commonly refer to them as *same size*
