Answer:	No this pen has not dried up. I've had it about 6 months. I've actually not had trouble with my white Sakura drying up either.

Answer:	Hmm good question I think I I know what you mean. Having used it on different papers it can and at times it was what I was shooting for. The smoother the paper the less paint like look you will get. It is more on the opaque side. To me it's a solid hearty white ink. I've tried several this one works best for me. Hope this helps
