Question:	Where can I get User instructions for this item
Answer:	The crimper can be used from 1" to 3/8" crimp rings. But in the package it contains 1/2" and 3/4" crimp rings.
Question:	If the tool doesn't need calibration, why include the calibration tool? Also, no instructions were included. Can I get them somewhere
Answer:	I have used it on 3/4", 5/8" and 3/8" hoses with no issues.
Question:	Can this be used to crimp copper rings or just stainless steel ones? And is the crimper tool all metal besides that handle grips
Answer:	They work on any rubber hose fuel, vacuum etc.
Question:	The ad clearly states the tool can be used for removing. How
Answer:	You shouldnt pinch rubber brake lines. I believe they have more structure to them, than just regular rubber hoses. You will end up wrecking them. I believe it causes them to collapse afterwards when they are in use if youve damaged them by crushing the inner core by pinching them off.

Question:	Can this be used to repair a broken pressure washer hose
Answer:	They don't. That's the bad thing about Amazon they sell very few replacement parts for the vast items they sell. That being said you can contact the manufacturer and they can send you a replacement part.
Question:	will the tool work on crimping external water hose ends
Answer:	It should not be much of a problem. The hammer impact dimple to lock the band after tensioning will not be in the exact center of the buckle if the band is against one side of the tool (off by 1/16"), but other wise should be fine.
Question:	I see some reviews reporting issues with the clamps that come with this, however these are old. Do I need to buy shark bite clamps
Answer:	This Band-it tool will handle a range of band sizes. The most common size used is 1/2", 5/8" & 3/4". Buy what size band you want and the buckles to suit. I mostly use S/S 5/8". Cheers John M.

Question:	How difficult is this to use to clamp on the fitting? I am age female with OK hand strength, just wondering if this requires big strong hands, thanks
Answer:	My experience was that it did require some "elbow grease" to fully clamp down. The handles are a bit short, so you don't get a lot of leverage. It requires both hands to operate, similar to bolt cutters, so it's not really about hand strength. I found myself wishing for a third hand to hold the clamp steady while I crimped it, because it was difficult to keep the clamp from slipping up and down while I was trying to apply left-right pressure to close it.
