Answer:	The ones I got are white in the middle with a light blue backing and boarder. And my older dog used it the first time I put one down. And the 2nd time. She's not having the incontinence problem now since the vet put her on a med for her Cushing's disease, so I don't need them now (but probably will as she gets older).
