Installation Steps:



1.First remove printed paper mounting template from back of unit.

2. Drill two pilot holes in the location where you want to mount the picture light. Place screws (included) in pre-drilled holes. Tighten slightly until secure, but do not tighten all the way. Slide EZ Mount Bracket keyhole slots over screw heads and into position.

3. Use the built-in bubble level to make sure the mounting bracket is level before securing it to the wall.

4. Once you confirm that the bracket is level, tighten the screws to secure it to the wall. Take care not to over tighten.

5. To hang the picture light on the mounting bracket, align the picture light with the mounting bracket and slide the unit down. Picture light will lock into position.

6. To remove the picture light from the mounting bracket:

A) Hold the picture light by the base (not light head).

B) Slide the unit up.

C) Once the body releases from mounting bracket, pull the unit out.

Question:	What is the max that can be connected together
Answer:	I believe 4 but not completely sure
Question:	Does it have to be connected to Bluetooth to work or can you program it to display an image and then disconnect Bluetooth and it will still work
Answer:	Hey there, you have to bluetooth connect to control the screen display. It use the free " divoom" app to do all the customization. And once you disconnect bluetooth, the pixoo will display the last image that you choosed at the last time.
Question:	What happens if the company goes out of business? I'm afraid that if the app isn't supported the frame won't function
Answer:	As long as you have the app on your phone you can still connect to the device. If the app doesn't receive any further updates you will just have the functionality of what the app provides once development ceases.
Question:	Is it possible to make this (and other Divoom smart units) automatically turn itself on/off at certain hours
Answer:	I don’t know if you can set it to turn off at a specific time but it does have an option to turn off automatically after so many hours of being on. I think the option is for 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. Hope this helps.

Installation

Detachable Clip Mount Bracket (included)

1. Attach Detachable Clip Mount Bracket to light by turning the clip bracket clockwise until it is tight. Hand tighten only.

2. Open clips, to attach Detachable Clip Mount Bracket to picture frame. For frames 1/2" to 1-1/4" thick.

3. Adjust neck and tilt head to desired position.



Detachable Screw Mount Bracket (included)

1. Remove Detachable Clip Mount Bracket from flexible neck by rotating the Clip Mount Bracket counter-clockwise until loose.

2. Place screw end of flexible neck into screw mount bracket. Hand tighten only. Do not over tighten.

3. Place screw mount bracket over top of the frame with the screw holes facing the back of frame.

4.Drill a pilot hole for each screw.Insert up to three screws (included) through the holes in the screw mount bracket to secure properly.

5. Adjust neck and tilt head to desired position.



*Do NOT put screws through picture. Check to make sure the screw mount is secure.

Answer:	it is a clip-on light, so it is portable and can be taken inside. even if the permanent plate attachment is used, the light itself screws into the base and can easily be detached. i have used it in cold weather too and that does not seem to be a problem either.

Answer:	I do not think so, I bought it put it over my picture and that night it was not very bright at all so the next day I retured it. Almost positive there was just high & low setting and that's it. Hope this helps

Answer:	The arm measures 2 1/4" with three holes to mount either to the wall or the back of frame. The bracket then extends 2 3/4" from the 90 Degree angle as it attaches to the lite.
Question:	Can it be mounted on a ceiling
Answer:	Yes, it is possible to mount in on the ceiling BUT the supplier does not recommend it. It could be dangerous if the tiny thumbscrew loosens up. On the wall, that would pretty much result in the light twisting upside down. But the ceiling? It could fall on someone’s head. We do NOT recomment it.

Answer:	I think you could try Velcro to mount the light to the wall. With the batteries, the light has a little weight to it.
Question:	Given it's documented dimness and inability to show the true colors of anything due to it's green tint, why do people continue to buy them
Answer:	I'm not sure where you picked up on the "green tint" thing; I have never noticed any such from either of my units - their light is very true. As to the dimness, it's adjustable, but even at max I would say you'd need 2 strategically placed for proper illumination of no bigger than 16" x 20".
