Answer:	Very small screws. I would say #4. I used a 1/16 wood drill bit to mount into wood. I think you would have a tough time mounting into concrete. I don't think they make a concrete screw that small let alone a concrete bit.

Answer:	If you mean by regular, a 3/4” thick board? The answer is yes. Any thinner than 3/4” the screws will probably not screw in. But I believe they come with an adhesive strip, so that will fit on a thinner panel fence.
