Answer:	Max is 75, but I put in a 15 watt CFR that is equal to 60 and it is very bright! I'm going to look for something less bright for this.

If the shade gets dirty, the only way to clean/dust it would be a swiffer duster or a feather duster...you would not be able to use wet cloths or sprays on the shade as it is made of paper and would ruin it. The base, on the other hand, would be fine to clean with a wet cloth and/or spray pledge. I have mine for about 6x months now, and I have a lot of dust due to two cats in a tiny apartment, but my shade never appears dirty. It's still as bright white as the day I bought it. The Maxwell weighs about 12 pounds. It is lightweight and very easy to put together. It measures 63 inches tall, and the shelves are approximately 10 x 10 inches wide. The height between each shelf is about 15 inches.
