Answer:	20 oz - the size of a Venti. I have taken them to a store to be filled before - they will fill them.
Question:	Did the straws and sleeves come separate from the cup
Answer:	I don't think the person is asking if they ship separately. I think they are asking if they are separate in the package or not. Are the straws wrapped separately in clear plastic or stuck inside the cups? What I want to know is are these truly 24 oz. Venti size, since someone said they are only 7 inches tall. That sounds more like a Grande size or 16 oz.
Question:	Are These Recyclable
Answer:	It is a 5, so if your area has a place that does recycle a 5, then yes. Granted these are made to be reused for a very long time. I just hand wash it after every use. I have been using it since June 2018.

Question:	Does this come with the fake can like the yeti version does
Answer:	The fake yeti can is for thin glass bottles. Leave the can inside the cooler then slide the thinner bottle, for instance a corona bottle. It makes a more insulated seal.
Question:	How tall is the 40 oz
Answer:	Eight inches with the lid on. I have 4 RTIC mugs and they are the best! The 30 inch ones fit best in my car holders and also a golf cart in the event you are a golfer.
Question:	Does the Artic have a Yeti type lid with the straw hole that uses the thicker hard plactic straw? I don't like the thin metal straws
Answer:	The new ones have a straw hole. I know what some of the comments meant about the lid. At first the flip lid hit my nose and then I figured out it clicks farther than I originally thought so it doesn’t actually hit your nose when you drink.
Question:	Why are you almost $10 more than rtic's website
Answer:	Buying from Sports Fans Tumblers means you're buying something that's in stock. RTIC Corporate sold me 13 tumblers that they didn't have in stock, and shipped the 6 things that they did have... without any notice or email or phone call. Full review: Unfortunately, I had a really poor experience with RTIC. Firstly, I would like to note that the product is not being reviewed here; it's the business practices with which I have an issue. I ordered 19 tumblers in total: 6 Stainless and 13 Colored. It took 11 days from the time I ordered to arrive, at which time there was a packing slip with all 19 items listed, but only 6 Stainless cups. All the colored cups were missing. There was no notice, nor did I get a phone call or email following the partial shipment. When I reached out to RTIC via email, I was informed that they were out of stock and I could either 1) wait for them to be restocked 2) get refunded for only those that I didn't receive or 3) have an alternate product shipped to me. Being the holiday season, my plan was to order a bunch of cups and have them personalized, so I requested an alternate product be shipped. I had no reply, and when I called, I was informed that I had already been issued a refund for the colored tumblers. It seems like really poor business practice to ship a customer's fully paid order in partiality, without any notice of lack of stock, because it would suggest that RTIC just sent what they had and hoped I wouldn't notice. The customer service was unhelpful or unresponsive and offered nothing beyond a straight refund. There's more to a business than getting a product to a customer. They sold me something they didn't have, wasted my time, and offered no kind of apology. While the physical RTIC product is 5-star material, the business practices and customer service have turned me permanently away from RTIC Coolers.

Answer:	The lid doesn’t come apart for cleaning. I tried it on my previous lid and it broke the lid and I had to buy a new one. I use a straw brush to clean the mouth piece.
