Question:	Where are the light controls on top or on pole
Answer:	The light controls are on top of the lamp, both controls are touch sensitive, and are marked by white circles. When the lamp is plugged in, the on/off circle has a small pilot light in its center. The other circle has an M in it, and cycles through the color temp of the light from warm to crisp white with each tap. The lamp is turned on with a tap-like touch of the on off circle. Each tap of this on/off circle will cycle through the 4 levels of brightness. To turn the lamp off, simply touch and hold your finger on the circle and the lamp will turn off.

Answer:	I previously bought an LED desk lamp from TaoTronics that was also made in China and it's the highest quality lamp I have ever owned. That's why I bought this one.

Answer:	No. I tried it with a switch in our home, and apparently when it is turned off at the switch, the light wants the on button pressed again. Digital stuff! Answer:	When you switch to the "Coffee Cup" mode from another mode, the light should change. You should also be able to change the brightness within each mode by tapping the "+" and "-" tap on the lamp. If you can't do any of that, then most likely your lamp have problem.
Question:	How do you change the led bulb? If you can't, how long does it last
Answer:	The LED "bulb" cannot be replaced. However, LEDs are known to have very long lifetimes. LEDs typically do not "burn out." The typical failure mechanium is a gradual loss of light. I do not know the rated life for the LEDs in this lamp, but LEDs typically last for 50,000 to 70,000 hours before their output has dropped by 30%. 50,000 hours would be about 5.7 years of continuous operation, or over 17 years at 8 hours per day.
Question:	It is not clear which is the vertical, horizontal or lamp dimensions. Is the height above the base 16.6" and the overhang 7" or
Answer:	The height above the base is about 16.75, to my best measurement. I don't know what the "overhang: is, but the distance from back to front of the head is about 11 to 14 inches depending on how the head is turned. The head is 3 x 10 inches, in case that is of interest.

Answer:	Technically yes, but only in a certain use case.. It has a 1/4 x 20 threaded bolt at the top, but it does not articulate left, right, up, or down. If you do attach a camera to it, you will only get a straight horizontal shot.

Answer:	You plug it into your phone and it adds more lighting. You can make it brighter or lighter and you have a remote to take the photographs. I think it is easier and user-friendly.

Question:	What is the color rendering index (CRI) of the light
Answer:	Not with this unit. Think it's suppose to last for several thousand hrs. and since I only use it several hrs a day, then I'm not too worried about that. But, It is a perfect light for me to attach to my small easel for painting. The different light temps make it nice to see paint colors with. And it is extremely adjustable and the clamps work great! For the price - I was very happy!

If you turn off the headphones while they are being used wirelessly, this turns off both the Bluetooth and noise-cancellation.
