Answer:	It isn't very heavy but isn't flimsy either. Mine is black but all sides are painted. It's not quite glossy but not completely matte and is smooth. I wouldn't get it wet. You can turn it the other way.

Answer:	I filled 15 stemless wine cups, 5'X3", (very loosely) with just one bag. Two should do, specially if you place a bit of gift tissue at the bottom, and then fill. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It will fill a 9x9 but not tight. It really depends how tightly packed you want the fuller to be. Half pound can go a long way when you stretch it apart but for a tighter fill we would recommend 1 lb.
