It doesn't sound like much weight, but by the time you complete a workout, you can feel the difference, especially if you're not used to it. The trainer I use gives women 12 ounce gloves, and men 14 ounce gloves. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Oz.s would be the actual weight of the glove. The heavier the glove, the harder it will make you work because of the extra weight. Sizes would refer to the size of a person's hand to get the proper fit. I hope this is helpful.

Answer:	I'm slender & 5'10", but usually order XL gloves(motorcycle, bicycle, mma). For these, XL was a little too big. Fine for heavy bag work, but I use them for ground-fighting drills and they're a little too loose/bulky. My hands are 8" long from base of palm to end of middle finger, and palm is 4" across at widest spot.

Answer:	Yea they should fit you but if your worried they will be too small then get a size bigger just in case

Answer:	It's a pair. But, I recommend you to invest a little bit more on another brand. Mine became a mess after two or three weeks of using them and I practiced three or four times a week. I later tested a Venom pair and the comfort is way too far from this one's. Also, they seem to be made with better materials. They cost double, but I think will last longer than that.
