The issue most face is that the conduit or raceway inside your mast is smaller or the same diameter as your connectors! UHF connectors used on most Marine AIS and Radio equipment are 3/4 of an inch, the same size as the free space within most masts. The coaxial cable fits but the connectors don't!

Answer:	This will replace the compact fluorescent tube bulb if it is a single tube, two pin type. The wattage is the same but note that the color temperature is more "blue-white" at 5000 degrees kelvin whereas the PL-S 13w/41 is at 4100 degrees kelvin which is more warmer than the 5000K.
