Answer:	I do not use abrasive cleansers on the sink. When needed I apply a small amount of bleach with a paper towel to the stain and rinse in a few minutes. I worry that an abrasive cleanser will dull the shiny porcelain finish.

Answer:	We cut a square hole in the top of the quartz, I think it was 2x2 (it has to clear the tailpiece nut), but remember the first rule of a successful install: have all your install items onsite, so that you can measure twice and cut only once!
