Answer:	No it is not deep enough. I have folded in half wash cloths rolled like tootsie rolls in the little space below the cabinet. Inside the cabinet is only approx 8" deep. It is a medicine cabinet. The top is 8 -9 " you could stack hand towels folded in thirds the long way. Hope that helps :)

Answer:	From floor to the bottom of the shelf is exactly 31-13/16". Also, there is a "cross brace" directly under the shelf that can be mounted at the front or back of the unit. This decreases tank clearance by almost three inches. Because this product is not designed to stand on its own, I would not recommend opting to leave out any of structural supports. Besides the lack of stand over clearance on tanks taller than 29", the utter lack of overall quality is poor. The material is a low-grade particle board (not MDF or engineered wood); the "finish" doesn't qualify as laminate or paint, maybe somewhere in the middle. I wouldn't trust this product to safely attach and support its own weight, let alone full of bathroom haberdashery. I made sure to use the wall strap enclosed to securely affix it level and upright to the wall. I would not recommend this product. Save your money and pay for that similar product in the $150 - $200 range. You'll be happier that you did.

Question:	Is this bracket difficult to install? Is there an installation manual
Answer:	I installed one on my sister's shower wall. Wall is tile and has a little bit of texture. Installed several months ago and is still holding strong. Key is to be sure surface is clean of soap, shampoo, dirt, etc. Also give 24 hours to cure. Comes with a spare mounting back plate made of plastic material I believe gives flexing when mounting on wall.

Answer:	Mine didn't have a flow restrictor either (despite the instructions showing how to remove it), and the water pressure is subpar. The old $10 unit that I replaced had MUCH better water pressure. I only got this for the pause switch, otherwise I'd return it. I'm not impressed.

Answer:	We had a little problem as we put it in our RV and the summer heat would cause it to fall off but in a temperature control house you should not have a problem. Yes it will stick just apply and let it set before hang the head on it.

Answer:	I have no idea! Mine came with it though but mine came with a 2-way switch and not a 3-way switch and I have no idea who to contact

Question:	Do I need to stop running water and install this
Answer:	I didn’t use my shut off valve. I installed it just fine with everything being on. As long as your water doesn’t go straight to the shower head, you should be good. I have to pull a knob up on my bottom faucet for shower to come on. If yours is different, you may have to turn it off from water valve. Good luck =)
Question:	I just put this together, it doesn’t give the option to only have the handheld on. It’s either the head or head and handheld. Not handheld only
Answer:	The dial (knob) behind the head should allow you to turn it 180 degrees, allowing for either jut the head or just the handheld. When the dial is 90 degrees, it should be both (with a minor pressure loss from the head). At least, that is how mine works.

Installation Steps

1. Using Teflon tape to wrap around male pipe thread adapters of Fixed shower arm(shower arm not included);
2. Screw the 3-way water diverter to the shower arm(notice the direction);
3. Using Teflon tape to wrap around, and screwing the square shower head to the 3-way water diverter;
4. Screw the stainless steel hose to the 3-way water diverter;
5. The other side of hose connect the washer →water flow regulator→handheld shower head;
6. Adhere the shower head mount in proper position(Make the walls clean and dry before press the hook. ), Recommended for hunging up the handheld shower head after 24 hours.
