We purchased this product but the led light has stopped working. how can we fix or replace? does it run on a battery

Answer:

It is for both eyebrows and eyeliner. States it on back of the package. And is WATERPROOF. This stays on for over 2 days if I wanted to, though I apply fresh since I wash face every day. Only kind I use now for the price. Walmart is half the price though than what I’m seeing on Amazon. I use the light brown and I’m a red head. But it matches a carrot top like me! Auburn is too dark. Yes, you can heat black color to make it glide on easier, but I use Vaseline first on eyelashes ( very light coating) then powder to help thicken lashes and to keep lashes curled BEFORE I apply any eyeliner or mascara. A model told me this trick. Works great. If you can find aqua stay mineral makeup for Revlon it helps even more with staying power. A little pricey but not compared to others. Can use Revlon Colorstay face powder if cannot find aqua Colorstay mineral powder. Apply a second light dusting over eyeliner or use Revlon Colorstay black or dark brown Colorstay eyeshadow to help set it, which I prefer the latter.

Answer:	It doesn't go on easily. I would think you would need to heat it up to be able to apply it as eyeliner to your upper lid. It is much more suited as an eyebrow pencil.

Answer:	I bought this same pencil in dark brown, and thought to myself the same thing. How do I sharpen it? Well I took out my makeup sharpener and tried it. I have a L’Oreal makeup sharpener and this pencil sharpened like a normal pencil. The tip is so soft so it must be sharpened after each eyebrow shading, otherwise the top hardens up and will not draw the same on the next eyebrow.
