Answer:	Should have came with the 3m foam adhesive tape already on the back of the socket (grey adhesive or white) if it is not the 3m foam adhesive then perhaps that’s the issue, simply go to any hardware store and get a piece, cut it out and make sure u got it positioned where u want it before application bc that thing should NEVER fall off. It’s some serious adhesive, not anything like I’ve seen before. Simply amazing how hard it is to take off once on. I have a iPhone XR & use these religiously (if u will) and am about to buy another now. Will update if not the same adhesive

Answer:	Trace the magnet on the back of the rubber case. Cut it out. Put the case back on and then put the magnet on. The magnet will on the hard plastic of the case, the rubber part of the case will fit perfect over the magnet if you cut it correctly. Also itll sit almost flush with the rubber. I personally superglue my magnets on. Done this with all my otterbox cases, along with friends cases too. Hope this helped.
