Answer:	The pile on the rug is 0.4 inches high, and will offer minor resistance to casters on a rolling chair. That being said, the constant friction and pressure may create channels and grooves in the weave, and would have an adverse effect on the quality and condition of the rug.

Answer:	A little goes a long way, if the floor feels sticky then too much was used. Just a light squirt and a damp mop. you will not feel any residue it you do not use too much.

Answer:	Yes! I didn't want to squirt it directly onto my wood floor, so I put 1/4 cup of Simply Floored in about a gallon of hot water in the mop bucket. It works great!
