Answer:	Hello, I would suggest a full factory reset that is when you take out 1 battery for 10 seconds and reinsert then press the lock button 3 times quickly one after the other. The lock will give you a green light.

Answer:	Haven’t had to change batteries yet, installed couple months ago. On our previous house we changed the batteries around 8 month’s, it beeped after locking when batteries were low

Answer:	Of course yes, the auto-lock feature automatically re-locks your doors, by default, in 30s after unlocking. But if you wanna disable the auto-lock function, you can change it in just simple 4 steps. Before operation, you need to make sure the lock is unlocked and the door is opened, then (1) enter your existing programming code; (2) Press TACKLIFE button, you will hear one beep; (3) Press 5; (4) Press TACKLIFE button again. You will hear two beeps if the change successed, otherwise, three beeps will indicate the chage in unsuccessful.

Answer:	Not even a soldering iron. This came with a bread board to plug the other components that came with into. I think it also had some wires to context everything. Any computer with a USB port should do. All you need is arsuino ide (programming software) wich is free to download and use. Loads of info and tutorials on YouTube. An iron may be helpful if you plan to use the motor or other parts (like delay) that don’t easily connect to included board. Hope my answer helped.
