Answer:	No, Not with out modification. The only way I can see it working with screws is to enlarge the suction cup holes to fit over a screw head and make a notch that would fit around the screw shaft but be smaller than the screw head. The plastic might be ok but it's definitely not gonna hold a ton of weight.
