Answer:	I believe it is. This wedge is plain old foam. Depending on your mattress, the top of it may be cooling memory foam, pillow top, etc. This product is not intended to increase comfort. It is to help if you have GERD. I was actually hoping it would reduce nasal stuffiness, however, it didn't help me.

Answer:	Bought the queen 2.0 version Dec 2020. I'm 210 pounds and wife is 130. We both like how firm it is and how plush it is at the same time. I can push my hand in it and push all the way down about 12in of the 14in thickness. So super soft until you get your body laying flat. My body heat warms it up and I sink in. I am worried that in the middle I sink maybe too much, so it might not be stiff enough on the supporting foam base. Our last bed was the same type but stiffer. You have to like memory foam or you won't like this. You can get a mattress topper if you want it more firm, or get jersey sheets if you want it to feel softer. Also heat plays a roll with how firm it is. We keep our house at 70F. This is very comparable to posterpedic beds that we tried by a quarter or a 6th of the cost, this might be a tad softer though. Ill try to update after 6 months or a year.

A big problem is that it starts to become impossible to change positions in the middle of the night and feels like you almost have to do a push up each time you move from sleeping on your back to side. To give alittle more info..... given that size and sleeping positions do play a factor. 1 female 5'4" petite sleeps on side. 1 male 5'7" average/husky build sleeps on side and stomach. Also, if either of you sleep on your stomach do not buy this product. Your lower back will be destroyed or you start to force yourself to start sleeping on your side. This bed is probably ok for a guest room but not daily use.

Kinda like those storage bags you see that you vacuum all the air out of it. you simply open the box, take out the mattress and carefully cut the plastic bag open. Non-Compatible refills can result in a less than optimal product experience. Tork compatible refills are recommend for best results.

Answer:	That’s not the part you should worry about, but it does show a lot of dust from the napkins. I would recommend the white one if you are purchasing it. I’m probably going to replace it with the white one
