Answer:	From the best I can tell from all the internet research I've done the only difference in the 2 fitbit is the band or strap material. Otherwise they are exactly the same. They give you a fancy band and charge you more. Otherwise the fitbit 4 is identical the the fitbit 4 special edition.
Question:	Does GPS require paying a monthly fee to anyone or is it free
Answer:	Until Fitbit allows GPS phone tethering on the Charge 4 - you are better off with a Charge 3 (or Charge 2). Otherwise you're looking at 1-2 hours battery life while exercising with GPS, missed stats, and constantly recharging this thing (more often than an apple watch). Fitbit could fix this tomorrow by allowing tethering, but they do not, and are censoring the issue on their forums. Don't downgrade!

You can download the app called "silvercloud" for your phone.

Answer:	As of January 2021, it costs me approximately $15. a month, to ping the device every 3 minutes. Works very well for me! There are other plans; this is the cheapest one.

Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Question:	I can't get audio to record properly, it only works half the time. Is there something I can do? I am recording from composite cables
Answer:	Yes it can operate stand alone
Question:	Does this record full screen? Mine doesn't show full screen
Answer:	Yes and No. The Video Capture Box has analog inputs to capture videos from tape and other analog sources and then is stored on the SD card. From there you can transfer the digital image to a DVD by putting the SD card into a computer and converting it to DVD format.
Question:	Does it record long play times, ie 3-4hr game walkthroughs
Answer:	Its on the front, the button is multifunctional depending on the mode you are in. It works well, I've been using it to digitize old vhs tapes and it seem to work very well. Auto stop/power off function is a little finicky but once you know how to use it it works as ot should.
Question:	Does this come with an AV input cord
Answer:	Yes and no. If the video is already recorded you won't be able to dub over the audio because the video and audio record at the same time. There are separate inputs for analog audio and video, so if you connect your audio device to the analog audio input you'll be able to record new audio. You can get an audio Y connector and possibly a volume control to mix the audio that's already on the video with another audio source. There are similar workarounds for HDMI.

Answer:	Yes it will but you have to have the right software for it. I mean it will read the disk but you need blue ray software on your PC to be able to actually watch a blue ray.

Answer:	Neither option will give you a disc. However, whether you get something physical with your purchase, depends on if you purchase the download or key card version of the software. If you purchase the download version, it will not come with a disc. If you purchase the key card version, you'll receive a physical card in the mail with your activation code on it.
Question:	Does Office 2019 save files to your hard drive or to the cloud
Answer:	I believe it only saves files to your hard drive. You purchase it once instead of paying on an annual basis, but it does not have all the features of Microsoft 365.

Answer:	I just downloaded it from web site and it worked great. Make sure you write down the product key. They will ask you if you want to see it, you will need it if you ever need to reinstall Office.

Question:	When you’re finished recording can you use any editing system, or does it need to be a cyber link editing system
Answer:	Yes. With the help of Motion Tracking with Mask Object feature in Pinnacle Studio 23, you can blur faces which stays on the target during the video.
