Protect, restore and extend the life of your project with Rainguard Water Sealers Concrete Sealer. Formulated to penetrate deep into the surface, Concrete Sealer is a water-based silane/siloxane water repellent. It can be used indoors or outdoors on vertical or horizontal surfaces and dries to an invisible natural finish.

Surface Preparation:

Remove dust, dirt, and debris from the surface. Gently brush out any stains with a soft bristle brush or rag using Rainguard Cleaner/Prep. Once the surface is clean, make sure to let it dry until it is “bone dry”. This will allow the sealer to absorb deep into the surface for maximum protection. Think of your surface as a sponge. A wet sponge will not be able to absorb as much as a dry sponge.

Answer:	Yes just keep in mind that the mat side walls are one inch high install them at first and if you have to drill through the mat into the cabinet be sure to put a bead of silicone around the screw

The Armor AR350 is a fantastic sealer for poured concrete, stamped concrete, aggregate concrete, and concrete paver surfaces. It can be applied to unsealed surfaces as well as surfaces previously sealed with a solvent based acrylic.

Coverage:

One gallon of the Armor AR350 will cover up to 175 square feet per coat. Two coats are recommended to achieve the maximum life and performance benefits. Coverage can vary depending on the porosity of substrate and the application method.

How to Apply:

• First, make sure that the surface is clean and free of any contaminants that could prevent proper penetration or adhesion. If the surface was wet, allow at least 24 hours to dry.
• In the early evening (5 PM or later), when the surface has had time to cool down from exposure to the sun, apply the first coat using a 3/8" nap roller or solvent-resistant HVLP sprayer. Wait 24 hours and repeat with a second coat.
• Allow the surface 48 to dry before introducing it to water, foot, or vehicle traffic.

How long does the sealer last? The Armor AR350 can last up to 2-5 years before the need to reseal. Surface porosity, environment, surface abrasion, and the amount of material applied will ultimately determine the life of the sealer. Typically, exterior substrates are sealed every 1-3 years and interior substrates are sealed every 3-7 years.

Is the Armor AR350 breathable? Yes, the Armor AR350 is a breathable acrylic sealer.

Answer:	I have in the past applied the year after the initial coat. It seemed to work well. I would not use a power washer, however, since that might strip the previous year's coat.

Answer:	No. Only from the web.
Question:	Can this product go over another brand of sealer
Answer:	I did and have seen no negative effects, but I have been disappointed in the product in that rain does not bead up as on other dealers.

Our 1 gallon of Concrete Driveway Sealer can cover a range from 90-150 sq. ft. per gallon depending on surface porosity.

Before applying to your concrete, please make sure that the surface is completely clean and allowed to dry for at least 6 hours.

How To Apply The Concrete Sealer

Please make sure that the air and driveway temperature is a minimum of 40°F and a maximum of 100°F for three hours following application.

Once your surface is free and clear of any dirt and debris, use a low pressure pump-up garden sprayer to apply a thin, even layer. The use of a sprayer will allow you to evenly coat your driveway.

The surface should remain wet for 2-3 minutes before final absorption.

Avoid puddling or ponding; brush or broom to spread material until the sealer thoroughly penetrates the surface.

Surface will be dry in 2-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Allow 24 hours before driving on surface.
