This CRL A-Maz Water Stain Remover removes the toughest stains on glass, chrome, porcelain, fiberglass, metal, tile - water stains, mineral deposits and sealant stains. It can also be used on all types of bathroom surfaces to remove lime scale, oxidation and soap scum. A nylon pad is provided with product. Note: Do not use on surfaces that can be harmed by the use of a mild abrasive.

Answer:	I would not use this product near high temperature. Say over 200 degrees.

Answer:	Normally it is not used for that purpose. There are other products such as door sweeps that attach to the door and seal the sill. However, I don't see why it can't be used in the manner you are suggesting. A bead of silicone along the edge facing the moisture would insure a longer seal.
