Answer:	It is 12 ft and it does not fold. The upper part lowers down onto the lower section. It is a very sturdy ladder and works well if you have to get to a tall roof or on the upper half of a two story. It is heavy but very stable. We like it and find it much more stable and sturdy than our old aluminum ladder.
Question:	Help: One side of our house is 20 ft tall from ground to gutter. The ladder will lean against the house on an angle so what length should I buy
Answer:	You should be ok with a 28' ladder. According to Tyler, 1' for every 4' in height. So 5' out would be just under 21' to the roof leaving you with over 7' of overhang.

Answer:	I am not sure I only weigh 150 and it holds me just fine probably 200 or more .

Answer:	The manufacturer does not advise it. There are not secure steps to stand on on both sides in a frame mode to my mind. . The capacity of the ladder is 350 pounds. THE EXTENDABLE PORTION DOES NOT LOOK SUITABLE FOR standing on but it is used for that when it is used in its extended form for ascent when the ladder is used as a leaning ladder. And, the ladder I received from Amazon was defective. I bought a version of it at Lowe’s I am happy with. It looks like is one man at a time ladder.

Question:	Is this ladder good for 10 foot ceilings
Answer:	That depends upon what you mean. Set up as a step ladder, it’s no bigger than a regular 6 foot step ladder. Having said that, I regularly use a 6 footer to do work on 10’ ceilings but I’m 6’1”. Now if your talking about using it in the extended position as a straight ladder... then the answer would still be yes, but, of course it now can only be used as a leaning ladder. If you need a taller stepladder version... they make an 8’ version as well. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The neck is about half an inch thick. The fretboard is about two inches wide. It's quite thin. I have relatively small hands and can stretch around the neck very easily.

Question:	How many inches of ladder needs to extend above the roof line if you attach one of these to the end? Will it work w/less than a full rung clearance
Answer:	it needs a harmonic setup which in turn will take away the string buzz. The guitar I purchased had major string buzz on the d and b strings and the harmonics were close but not right on point. its playable with just a tuning but theres no way of telling how long the stock strings have been on it so might as well just change them and have it set up.seek out your local music store and have their luthier do the setup. I am a pro luthier so I do my own.
